If your insurance plan is not listed, you may still be able to see our providers on an out-of-network basis. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of the cost. We can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Do you offer out-of-network services?

Yes, we see patients on an out-of-network basis. If we are not in-network with your plan, you will pay our standard self-pay rate at the time of service. We will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.
