About Zachary Herink
Zachary Herink is a Counseling Resident with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
He works with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, among other mental health challenges. He also works with couples to help improve their relationships. Zachary uses solution-based and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients reach their goals and improve themselves.
He strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients for the entire time they are with him.

In his spare time, Zachary coaches high school football, plays video games, watches sports, hikes, and enjoys spending time with friends at karaoke and breweries.
